There are many companies out there aside from Eventbrite/Brown Paper Tickets and we decided to give Universe a try for the Anniversary event since it's much smaller than FWIBF and does not sell out nearly as quickly. Would not want to do trial & error with a FWIBF ticket sale, lol. Appreciate any/all feedback on the ticketing process though.

Went real smooth. It was interesting to do the names on the tickets and the billing on the same page.

When it comes to the FWIBF the main thing we are interested in is know that you have your ticket secured as soon as it is put in the cart.

Didn't participate on this sale so I don't have any thoughts on the new system. I hope it provides a decent mobile experience. The Eventbrite app is pretty much perfect.

For those that have picked up their huck yeah & sour opal...is the included bag nice? Or just a regular bottle carrying bag.

it's like the ones that come with Alesmith releases (cloth bag with 6 slots) with a nice gold Barrelworks logo

Ah, bummer. I think they gave me that bag for free two releases. (Unless it's new)
More is always better I suppose

How are the lines?! Can anyone report at any of them?

In Buellton, there are maybe 50 people. Was twice as long an hour earlier for last year's release.

Sweet, heading there right now anyway. There's pretty much no buzz anywhere about this release, I wonder if people forgot about it or just got fed up due to what happened last year.

Option #3: prefer regualar Parabola (especially with a year on it) to Parabajava (in my case)

I hear there's about 150 or so at Venice. Or maybe it's just 20 people and 130 fold out chairs.

Remember to bring your passports and social security cards! DNA samples to prevent you from buying it ever again will be in place.

They're handing out tickets in Venice so once you get your ticket, you can leave the line and pick up bottles by 6pm (I think). Java on draft at the restaurant. Passports, social security cards and blood samples definitely a must.

Allow me to pull my foot from my mouth long enough to apologize. Wont be the last time. Cheers to Firestone.

At Buellton at the beer bar. 2 people in line and plenty of beers. Second easiest in person release I've ever been to after SARA a couple weeks ago.

I was all sorts of wrong about Barrelworks. I figured it would still be packed.

Venice needs to work on moving this line faster though, damn lol. I guess I'm too used to Monkish

As of 12:35, about half of the tickets have been distributed at Venice. ~1000 or so to go
