meh, not really for me. I'm just tired of the ticking mentality and chasing every new can release. I have a fridge full of so much beer and I cant even seem to make a dent in it because I have to have ever single new can. I just think its time for me to slow down unless its something very exciting. Which this is not.

I think the whole beer community would benefit from the "slow down" approach you have now.

I agree. That being said, I was already thinking about how I can sync this up with the next OH release. I'm at war with myself.

LOL! FOMO is a powerful thing ! Don't worry they will make more beer and there will be another chance. Think of the money you will save on tolls and missing the aggravation of traffic.

We all suffer from FOMO, but when you pass every now and again, it is easy to get over it.

I realized I needed to slow down on chasing beer when I got home from this past OH release. I was putting my beers in the fridge and saw that I still had some Hop Showers cans and Carton Odub variants. I even had a can of Constant Disappointment left. I have more beer then I can keep up with, I'll just sit on what I got until I'm in need of some beer. May god give me strength.

Passing on a can release makes sense when you can get the beer on tap later, which with OH is usually assured (not so on some collabs). If you passed on that Threes Day of the Dead, you were shit out of luck and that would have sucked (at least I don't remember seeing any kegs of that around the city, if even the taproom) because it was incredible stuff.

Gotta love condescending attitudes about what beers people should and shouldn't buy/prefer.
I passed on this release and it didn't suck. To be fair, I didn't even realize they even released it until after the fact. But echoing what many others write on here, I can't keep up with all the fresh releases as it is. I'm not gonna lose sleep over missing an IPA, no matter how good it might be, because I know there will always be more fresh, local IPAs on the horizon.

I really doubt anyone at Threes cares too much about anyone in this thread passing this up because they have too much beer, or because, be real, there isn't an IPA in the release.

Obviously if that was their target there'd be something heavier. They're making what they want, and appealing to a wider range of craft beer drinkers. I also don't think they mind the displays post-distribution I've seen at bottle shops and whole foods.

...also with so many IPAs being canned right now it doesn't seem like a bad time to zag in another direction anyway.

Was in town for a wedding a couple weekends ago and I just wanted to say Bad Wallpaper was a phenomenal IPA. I work down the street from Trillium and this can hang with anything coming out of MA. This place is awesome

I had a four pack of I Hate Myself last time it was released but only got to drink one of them and remember it being really good. I also have a bunch of Grimm and OH so would normally be disinclined to get any except Threes doesn't usually keg the beers they can, do they?

Looks like they updated their website. Have they bottled Atomic Swerve and Wandering Bine before or are these new?

I don't see on the website where you can 'buy beer'. I am coming back up Monday and wanted to see if I could grab some cans.

You have to click 'Store' and then 'Beer'. There is nothing available for preorder now but they may still have some cans. I'd shoot them an email to see. Some shops around the city had cans last week, maybe check beermenus?
