Awesome, thanks! I remember the days of driving around searching for 4 packs, so it's nice to hear it's easier to get now!

To that end, I'm curious how long 4 packs are sitting at the stores these days. I seem to remember having to get there about the same time as the delivery to have any luck.

I was up there 2 weeks ago ... speaking to Waterbury only, they seemed gone by the end of the delivery day. We did no chasing, just went beer shopping at a few places late Wednesday when we arrived and then again on Thursday and asked / observed. Went to the source to get the Heady, went to the stores to get other VT beers.

Hello On my way to alchemist now.

I seem to remember some lunch suggestions but can't find them now. We are doing pro pig for dinner.

    Any lunch suggestions? Thank you!

Blackback or Doc Ponds if it's open for lunch.

And now that I'm thinking about it, I don't hear much about Idletyme. I haven't eaten there since it was The Shed, but I've had their beers and they're pretty good. Why doesn't the pub get any love?

Von Trapp's new Bier Hall in Stowe is killer for lunch & lagers.

Agree, Ideltyme has good food and beer. Piecasso has good food as well. Not sure of their hours however. I believe The Bench is also open for lunch on weekends.

You'll find great taps at the Bench, Doc, Piecasso, the largest variety being Bench which will have upwards to 25 taps. Doc Ponds is a very relaxed atmosphere with outside seating as wellBlue Donkey will most likely always have heady cans especially since summer tourism is over. Foodwise you can't go wrong at any of those locations.
