    It absolutely is a fun virtual bar!! I just had to commend you.
    You are cranking out award worthy glasses of different styles more then the kinds of side tables IKEA churns out, whether it'd be Regissör or Vittsjö!!

    Drinking a bottle of my latest homebrew, two thirds beechwood smoked malt, a third brown malt, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops, 1.045 OG. The smoked malt is surprisingly prominent in the flavor, the smoke aroma from the malt was rather mild so I was worried about the malt being old (it might very well have been) but it worked out well in the end. The smoke in and of itself definitely brings rauchbier to mind. The brown malt seems to work nicely together with the smoked malt, and the color (although impossible to make out in the picture) ended up being a nice reddish brown. Bitterness is rather prominent since I tend to go for a lip smacking bitterness and the finish is dry. I wont have any trouble drinking the rest of the batch.

    Over at the in-laws for homemade Greek soup and baked chicken. I was put in charge of making Guacamole, since it's one of the things I'm known in my family for.

    Went up a couple of times years ago. It's quite the hike and can be very dangerous. It's a technical climb now with snow up there. A guy from Loveland fell to his death just days ago. I hope you get the opportunity to reach the summit some day!:slight_smile: Cheers.....
