Anyone at the release and have an idea of the line? I won't be able to stop by until after work.

 

Maybe 60-75 people in line.

 

At 4pm, there were still at least 30 or so cases left that I could see behind the bar. No line.

 

Yeah just stopped in at 4:45 and it seemed like cases still numbered in the teens

 

So how is it tasting?

 

Smell is a strong flowery/citrus aroma. Taste is mainly tangerine/orange with a slight bitterness on the finish. They nailed the mouthfeel on this one. Creamy and delicious.

I was disappointed with Skin Froot (couldn't taste the mango), but the Wet Musk is awesome. Shoutout to Hoof for making the allotments reasonable at a half case to spread the love.

 

Can anyone confirm or deny dragonsaddle on October 15-16? Trying to organize a road trip with my friends so want to lock in some details!

 

Voltan confirmed for this Sunday in Marengo. Another Wet Musk release at the brewpub this Saturday at 11am (no tickets, 1 case limit).

how crazy do you think the line will be Saturday AM for Wet Hop Musk?

a case pp seems like they have quite a bit to go around.

thinking 9-930 is a good time for 11am opening

 

Of course they wouldn't make this a ticketed event

 

I visited on Friday, I had Musk, not realizing that there was such a thing as Wet Musk. I thought Musk was good, but actually enjoyed Norwegian Are We Having Fun Yet, We'll Do It Live, and Tailpipin More. Crossing Words was good also.

Man, and here I was hoping for a Saturday release so we could stay and drink for a while. Well atleast I should be able to make sunday but will have to be in and out.

 

The 23rd?! Damn. Last day of Cleveland Beer Week and was planning on the badass Stout brunch at Buckeye Beer Engine. Hmmmmm.

 

I hope they change the times on brown paper ticket. Its 2 pm and 7 pm. Seems a bit late for a sunday event. Heres hoping the 3-4 packs get bumped up Anyway, great find. Hope this batch is great because I am longing for a kick ass IPA fix.

 

Well I've got to say it, this batch of Miracle Toast was really tasty.

I know they're not the same, and I know I'll probably get shit all over for this, but I like it better than Mornin' Delight.

They both have elements of mass produced sweet treats, but I found MD to be like a drop of stout in a glass full of Aunt Jemima, while Miracle Toast was more like some Waffle Crisp floating around in a glass of medium bodied stout.

Pluses and minuses, to each their own, but I GUESS I'M A GOD DAMNED WAFFLE CRISP GUY.
