Plenty of cases of King and Decorah sue at Nova when I was there 2 hours ago.

 

King sue is gone at the nova. Until tomorrow. Small mountain of sue bottles left.

 

Anyone see any Xocoveza in the SW metro?

 

Based on prior years, does RK typically stick around in a few stores or is it entirely gone after like a week or two?

 

a few stores had it for a bit last year, but not many. i think the new 12oz format is a better selling/buying point this year.

 

i thought rum king was much easier to get this year. I don't get the stores selling it by the can, makes no sense with how many places that were selling it by the four pack, and plenty no limit 4 pack or at least two 4 pack limit. It's still widely available as 4 packs. Those stores just lose out when I go and drop $100 on other beer while picking up rum king 4 packs.

For anyone in the west metro still looking for Rum King, mgm Chaska has a good amount in the cooler. Didn't see any limits.

 

What am I drinking?

Fulton BA Libertine - a little barrel on side of label has 2015 in it. Bottle is numbered 1187 of 4000. Just says beer is aged in bourbon barrels. Is there a listing on BA for this because all I see is 2 Gingers and rye whiskey. Do I add this? Got out of a fresh unopened case in western burbs on Friday night for $12.

Any word on Born Yesterday? Sounds like it's shipping today, IIRC last year we got that the day after bottling thanks to the Chicago brewery. Any info?

I have an email out to my local shop inquiring, not sure I'll hear back though! I think the Oct 17th is the day this thing hits the trucks which leads me to believe it will be in stores today as well
