As TomCat mentioned above, the presale ticket allocation window has closed. I expect you to be able to buy as many bottles of regular Resolute as you want though. Just wait around until later in the day and there won't even be a line. You will have to wait for variants, but those aren't ticketed ahead of time anyways...

It was a great time last year with a fantastic list of guest taps. I expect it to only get better this time around.

Anyone heard anything anout the major hit in production this year? I'm guessing that'll either mean much less of the variants or possibly just much less resolute (which wouldn't be a terrible thing I guess due to the high amount of regular resolute they made last year).

I'm not aware of this, but I'm sure a better source can chime in.

    • We do not have the capacity to increase production and expect to sell out the day of the release this year. In 2015 we had bottles remaining which sold out via the taproom over the next month or two. This year we have a lower number of bottles expected total by almost 800 bottles less due to production limitations.
    From their website unfortunately...

Gotcha! My bad, not sure how I didn't catch that.

800 bottles is a lot. With that being said, last year there were 3,650 bottles of regular Resolute. Many were already spoken for via The Horizon Society, and ticket allocations, but I would still be surprised if it sold out on release day. I think 2,850ish total bottles of Resolute (assuming the variant numbers remain the same) should be enough to go around.

Yeah I'm with you, hoping it's more on the resolute total and doesn't affect the variant count as much. Hopefully this year they release a bottle count before hand

Bros will begin handing out wristbands at 2pm. Last year they had some people show up as early as 9am (maybe a little before) to grab their spot in line for the wristbands. I don't think anyone needs to get there that early but who knows with their anticipate lower bottle counts this year. Fairly certain regular resolute will not be an issue to grab. Just the variants whatever those counts end up being. Similar to a bottle release but they are just handing out the wristbands. These simply identify your spot in line and do not guarantee any bottles. Just the order in which you will be able to grab whatever Saturday regular & variant allocations are.

Last's year they said they would not release the allocation numbers under Resolute Day but if I recall they did it on Friday evening.

They were still bottling most of the day on Friday...

Working out logistics for the bottle share on Friday and Saturday nites...last year was in the lobby, well off to the side where breakfast is served, I never heard any complaints from staff or other guests, but I was in a world of hurt both mornings, so my listening skills were not good. Do I call the GM at the hotel and ask for free use of the conference room? I believe the block of rooms is all booked too, which means that if there are 30 rooms at $300 a pop, that's about $9000, I'd would like to ask them for free use of that space so it keeps us contained, and noise down...

Block is still open for Fri - Sun stays. Still a 2 night minimum for the Resolute Day rate. No room (bros rate, regular rate or honors rate) available just for a Sat-Sun (1 night). Could do a Fri-Sat (1 night) for regular or honors rate but I don't expect many would do that.

Sorry to reopen this for a question that's kind of been asked, just looking to clarify. Tom had mentioned that he was #322 last year and just missed out on the variants as there were 600 of each (vanilla + coco) and they were 2 PP of each. However, according to the Brothers' site variant limits were 1 PP last. Is the discrepancy that Horizon members aren't included or were limits only 1 PP? Just basically wondering if the first 300 people get the variants or if it's 600 people that get them if I'm a not Horizon member. And normal Resolute was 8 PP last year? Guessing that will be cut by a 1/3 or so with the decreased production from last year.

@Ianrem7 I went back to look at the information from last year and I do appear to be incorrect. The variant limit was set to 1pp. I was getting confused because I thought they announced a limit and then increased after the fact. I even posted the 1/pp limit on the BA thread from last year. I would guess the 600 bottles for the variants were in total. Not sure how many HS members there were last year but they made a pretty good dent most likely prior to Sat. I cannot remember if they mentioned how many bottles remained for public release on Saturday but even though I was #322 I did miss my grouping called by probably a good 10-15 minutes and was told Coconut has sold out a few minutes before I showed up. I did leave with DV though. Maybe everyone with wristbands had made it through the line by the time I finally showed up to claim bottles and at that point people were lining up for 2nd round and they changed limits then?? I cannot remember but safe to say 1pp was definitely it when fist announced.

I don't believe they ever changed the limit, but I know there was a time at the end of they day they still had variants left and were allowing people to grab a second wrist band and grab another set.
