I don't mean to pick on you but, how the f*** do you NOT call this a "cellar"(this question goes for the others with big lists as well)? In fact, how does one differentiate from what's sitting in the fridge to what is in their cellar.

If it's not in my cellar I pretty much plan on drinking what's in the fridge in the next few weeks.
