    A take on the @TheIPAHunter approved Spiegelau, made by famous Swedish glassmakers Orrefors. Not quite as good, but I like it! The beer is one that has become a staple, very local, very fresh, Citra IPA by Sibbarps Husbryggeri.

    I had to break from my Oktoberfest run to try this delicious grapefruit juice bomb while I roasted some veal bones for Boeuf Bourguinon this weekend. @joe1510's talk of Cassoulet has me in the mood for classical French.

    Not my preferred method for Boeuf Bourguinon but it definitely shows that it is much more than a stew.
