I would ask for a variation of Funky Buddah Wide Awake where it's bottled and available regularly at my local beer shops.

I don't know if I could think up anything better than that BA berry Choklat from southern tier. Of course they are only making a homebrew size batch of this ridiculousness.

Some kind of ridiculously citrusy barleywine that ages into a taste I have no words for.

Bourbon barrel aged Westvleteren 12? What a total waste. You can recreate it weasily enough at home, anyway. Just pour half a shot of bourbon into a normal Westvleteren 12.

I'd like to see a cognac barrel aged Mephistopheles.

I loved the cognac barrel Mikkeller Breakfast Weasel and I love aged Meph so it seems to make sense..

Wasn't Struise Water van Lourdes (WVL) rumored to be a bourbon barrel-aged westy 12 clone? It was at CBC and was pretty tasty.

A smoked Baltic Porter would be fine and dandy by me- let's get Sinebrycoff on it, stat.

How about a malty dark lager that is left unfiltered and undergoes secondary fermentation in an unbunged vessel, making it light in carbonation, and then hopped to around 40 IBUs to balance out the bite of the residual yeast. Served from the wooden keg by gravity into a stoneware mug....
