Bruery 2016 RS/HS Allocations

Fingers crossed for that one bottle limit trickle down on PB&T then. Lim 6 is pretty big but new beers excite ppl. Could go either way.

 

I'm a little relieved about this month, to be honest. I thought it was going to be 6 or 7 different allocations, with Grey Monday at the top... I'd honestly rather have Grey Monday as my big fish in a little pond this month... though I kind of wish it was January so I could get my PB&T!!!

 

Agreed. This is a pretty light month for me. Maxing GM and that's about it

 

$383.88. Pain. But we get two PB&T included in HS so I like to think of it as getting 14 bottles for the price of 12. Even though the $695 covered those two, it's been long enough that doesn't come into my thought anymore. At least, that's what I tell the lady when the boxes show up.

 

Gah...why does BA 8 Maids have to be grapes and not rum, bourbon, port, etc.

I think they just misunderstood the beers "On the Horizon" section of the email. It's pretty clearly three separate beers, not that BA 8 Maids is an imperial stout with grapes. That has to be Wineification 4.

"Barrel-Aged 8 Maids-A-Milking, an imperial stout with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre (GSM) grapes, Chronology: 18 - Wee Heavy"

 

In the "On the horizon" section of the allocations email:

"Barrel-Aged 8 Maids-A-Milking, an imperial stout with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre (GSM) grapes, Chronology: 18 - Wee Heavy"

 

You would think but given past releases I'm not so sure and am taking it at face value sadly... I really hope you're right and that comma is for a second beer and not part of the first!

Must be for HS emails, Im RS. Only had shown BA 8 maids and Chron 18.

I don't think PB&T will be available in January. Its Hoarders Society 2017 only, maybe it will go to RS in 2017, but not until later in the year.

 

Ya, your reading skills do suck. A comma, like so, is used to separate ideas or items in a sentence.

 

Do you HS/RS society members know if they do society exclusive shirts/hoodies? This is my first year as a RS member and I've seen other members wearing HS/RS gear but haven't noticed anything available in the online store.

 

New items coming in January ;-)

 

One can hope PB thursday has too much inventory and drops to RS

 

Or they could've just used semicolons and done away with any structural ambiguity in the sentence.
