Shouldn't it also have a bruery terreux cuvee? (2 included)

Anyone else on reviews of Share This:Mole?

My biggest concern is that I'm not a fan of smoky beers and their choice to use chipotle peppers has me wondering if there's going to be any smokiness present in the flavor. I loved Freckle and Melange 10 when they came out, but I don't know if they announced which type of pepper they used for those beers.

ShareThis: Mole was very subtle. Nothing was assertive and punchy. I wish it was. Has a slight roasted chili up front but no heat. It was enjoyable.

Have to say I'm less than thrilled to see that after they gave us low allocations on Mash & Coconut that now it's going to PS. Hope that means we get another crack at it.

No...nothing at all like it. All of the flavors were subtle. I wish the flavors were more pronounced. I am sure it is great with food, but the beer itself on its own is kind of lacking IMO. The Coffee version was WAY more prominent and i enjoyed that. I think for those that enjoyed Freckle, think of a much more toned down version.

As for PB and Thursday it is a nice balance. Once it warms up a bit the PB comes through nicely. I think it is a well balanced BT Variant...not too over PB, and not too little.

Also enjoyed the vintage pours. Filmishmish was one of the highlights of the evening!

I also think Grey Monday is back to the splendor it once was

I rarely get irritated at these things, but this flat out pissed me off. We get four bottles for HS, and then PS gets one. With it being brand new in bottles, and what we thought limited, HS and RS should have gotten much bigger allotments and none gone to PS. They can cry all they want, but HS and RS paid their dues heavily for a crack at stuff like this first. To just hand it over is a smack in the face to us. I really hope we see a second chance sale and a solid number available.

^I'm not feeling it...satisfaction with my HS membership isn't dependent upon what other people are offered. You can always join PS if you want the additional bottle.

Well, it doesn't bother me if others have the same beer. But I do think the higher societies should get first crack at more. If there is still leftover, distribute it for all I care.

Drinking a Dedre Golf. Didn't realize it was a blend with the anniversary, so there's barrel in there. Way better than I thought, much less coffee forward. It's noon and I'm going to be drunk before lunch. I guess with the general feeling today it's a good thing.

Each tier of society got double what the next lower tier got. It's not like it's going public sale without a reoffer to society members

But in past years beers that were limited release never made it to PS. They stayed upper level regardless of sales. To just cut the upper levels short and send it to PS without giving us a bigger option isn't cool. I get it if some things trickle down, we get 12+ bottles and no one buys it, fine. But to only get four with no option for more when it's clear we all would have bought way more and then hand it out like candy doesn't fly with me. I would easily have bought 24 bottles of this stuff or more. I know others who would agree. That's beer we'd be enjoying for years to come instead of it going to the lower tiers. Now if it does go public, I hope the shitshow that ensues will be huge because that really is a slap in the mouth to anyone in upper tiers of membership.

Basically they should be doing it similar to how Modern Times does it. Which is said all the time about a lot of things.
