If we count beers that haven't been bottled, Kevin's Fuzzy Peaches!

I'm going to assume this is for the Terreux blending, so without sounding like
100% Bourbon/Brandy Papier. I need it for my anniversary vertical, but nobody has one/wants to let go of one.

I had the 25% last summer and it was pretty gross.

Didn't that make it to one of the cellar sales this year? Might have been last year, but I could have sworn you were posting that you secured one.

'09 BT, no question. Even driving them this year, it still beats out every other year. I'd honestly settle for more BT Reserve, as that was the closest of the bunch.

Can I get in on this? I'm only a Hoarder-Elect, but I have a good idea: Blend Grey Monday with Mocha Wednesday and then add extra hazelnuts and caramel. Ryan from the TR suggested that I call it Irish it was Friday. Irish Cream BT!!!!

Melange 10 was one awesome beer. I sure hope it comes back at some point.

Naw, it was just the regular. All the 100% Papiers are in cellars.

I've have the 25/75 before, and there's apparently a crapton of bottle variation because of the way it was bottled.

Im sure ~7 years of potentially variable cellar conditions plays a role in the experience as well. It is coming up on a year since I last drank one. I have consistently enjoyed papier more than any other anniversary old ale so maybe I just like old beer...or my taste is broken.

I still have a few of the "classic" Bruery beers but please rebrew Bal-aged 2 Turtle Doves and ISO:FT!

Otiose, Windowsill, and BT '09 (it flat out crushed BT Reserve when friends and I compared to two)

I've landed quite a few Papiers over the years and have always enjoyed it. I would say it's a darker color than any other anniversary beer, and I have always gotten more oak than the others. The best of the series though has to be Fruet. They broke the mold on BA old ales with it. Having had 100% Coton and Cuir, they don't come close to Fruet. I still rate the entire series 5 out of 5, but if you got seriously picky, most of them would get a 93-97 score out of a 100, Fruet easily gets a 110.
