Left about an hour or an hour and a half ago. Still had a couple of cases left.

I'll agree that #1 was a bit over the top with the cinnamon, though I think it'll mellow out. The others I really liked. Probably espresso/mocha, vanilla/coconut, cocoa/orange, and then coffee/cinnamon for me. All of them needed to warm up for the flavors to come out.

Yeah, not sure if they fully sold out or not. We had to head out to get up to Fonta Flora, but it was a fun event and the OHB staff was fantastic today.

A 50/50 blend of #1 and #4 is amazing. If you haven't tried it, grab a friend and mix those together ASAP!

My first OHB release today, and an awesome one at that. Hung out with some great people and the release itself was super smooth. Enjoying a Spectrum 1 as I type this.

I thought it was light on the coffee but the cinnamon was perfect and the nitro-type(?) cask gave it a great mouthfeel. Plus it was $5 for a pint. Win.

Had all 4 variants on tap at the release. All were served far too cold. As they warmed, Vanilla/Coconut was my winner, followed by Espresso/Mocha, Coffee/Cinnamon and Orange/Cocoa.

There was so much orange in the last one, BBA Chockwork Orange doesn't have that much orange.

We drove 5.5 hours for this release, and it was well worth the trip. Then we went to FF for the Rhythm Rug release, which was great as well.

Did you have an Angels hat on?

Nope, was wearing a Braves hat (which I guess could kinda look like an Angels hat). We did have a guy from LA in our group (and another guy originally from LA but that lives here), no idea if they were wearing an Angels hat or not.

What a great share and release!

And, according to rumors, OHB will shift gears again and drop some brand new barrel aged greatness in the near future.

The work starts now, TTB sleuths!

    I can't wait.

Considering how at least one of the fermenters was labelled, its not like they're doing a lot to hide it

Can I trouble some of you gentlemen that had these on draft or popped open a bottle (or 4) to tick these beers and maybe share a sentence or two? The lack of scores for these beers is a bit of a surprise given OH's rep and the base beer's greatness. I was expecting some superlatives but it's been kinda quiet. What gives? Where's the hype?

Spectrum was fun, but not worth waiting in any sort of line for. I wish these would have been keg only variants, or enough would have been made to make it to distro.

The bottle share the night before was definitely worth it, almost to the level of a BASC share.

The lack of scoring is due to the limited number of bottles released and to the fact that some people understanding that some of the beers need some time in the cellar prior to providing a true rating of the flavor profiles and characteristics of the beers!!!
