Good catch... too fast on the post there.

Yep, 55*F was the intent. And agreed -- two hours was about the fastest I figured someone would want to consume what equates to 1/2 of a 750ml bottle of vodka. But to keep the temperature from getting too warm (assuming you are using the glass as described) you would need to consume the entire bottle fairly quickly.

Well, you guys are making me feel like an alcoholic. I had a hangover this morning so I had a bottle of Grey Monday and a bag of jalapeno chips for breakfast, and am just now finishing a bottle of Mocha Wednesday with some chili, and I'm fine. Not driving anywhere anytime soon, but I'm fine.

All I'm saying is up yo game, y'all.

Damn. How has no one thought of jalapeno Thursday as a new variant yet?

True, but since we have two BT "variants", reducing the regular BT with s.h.i.t should do the trick.

This part really sucks. Judges, if you're reading this, don't try to always promote the most complex, different things. I feel like they should put someone from marketing on the judge panel and just go by what would sell best.

I generally open BT at room temp, and it's gone within an hour most times. The 29.8oz is perfect as hell.

I like it. 60% BT 40% SHiT and then add coffee maple and vanilla. Breakfast stout!!

Call it Next Tuesday Morning. Should still hit 18%.

That sounds like the perfect amount of spices to me!

I want the Hoarder's glasses. Made me wish I was a Hoarder. I love drinking my Bruery beers out of large glasses. This glass would have been perfect especially for BT.

@BruerJoel Are the Hoarder's glasses for next year the same as the one that was for sale in the shop earlier this year, just with different graphics?

I was lucky enough to get one of the large snifters sold earlier in the year.

Its now my go to glass for big BA beers.

An eight pour in that glass is nearly perfect for beers like BT.

I wonder why? I can't imagine this is due to unpopularity. I always order one as a part of my flight when it's on tap.

    The haze killed it.

In all seriousness I will miss it.

As a hop hater, I'm not upset. I know it sold well on the West Coast and we even saw it out here a few times, but I'd love them to stick to boozy beers and sours only. The hop craze has to eventually die and I'll be happy as hell when it does.

Different. The release earlier this year was Waterford. The Hoarders glass is Schott Zwiessel.

I get a pour of it every single time I go there. Countless people have said they would buy the shit out of it if they bottled or canned it. Doesn't make sense it's such a great beer.

I think it's a bit beyond being a "craze" now. IPAs are in established style. So our sours a "craze"?
