CBC Fenway had it earlier today at 1PP. Not sure if it's still available.

 

Out of curiosity , what were they charging?

 

Here's a question, how did you find that out? I follow their twitter, and I'm in there weekly. I went to grab an allagash today and the guy behind me asked to pick up his hold of it. I asked for one and clerk said it was all accounted for with holds. I was gonna press but he was swamped.


What secret handshake do I need to give? This happened with a prairie beer too.

 

I didn't take note of the price unfortunately - I purchased a number of single beers and didn't get the itemized receipt.

Called CBC Belmont today after work, and the employee who answered didn't know what Barrel Aged Ten Fidy was, put me on hold, came back and told me they didn't have any Ten Fidy right now but had Pinner and Death by Coconut. I feel like he didn't know there was a difference or if they had it / will have it in the future. Maybe I'll luck out and stop in randomly when it drops...

 

Yea i've called CBC Belmont asking for prairie bomb, and they said they had it, but they actually meant they had other prairie beers. The people at CBC Newton said they're getting it Tuesday (shout out to the dude with the same name as me) i just hope it lasts more than a few hours so i might have a chance to get it.

 

Looks like there were only a few drops yesterday... rest going out next week

 

Just to follow up on this. CBC Fenway's meager allocation on this was 12 cans. We post most of our new beers on instagram and were immediately deluged with requests to hold. Unfortunately there is no great way to give every one of our great customers access to every great beer because of how limited some things are. If you ever have any special requests talk to anyone that works there, especially Jana and myself.

Hitting New Hampshire this week.

 

I'm officially confused on how this release is working... was told that it would be hitting shelves south of Boston yesterday so I called a few stores that would have it and they all received deliveries but no sign of it. Perhaps next week?

 

CBC Belmont has them today - 1pp, on the shelves. FWIW they also have a fresh shipment of Night Shift and some Exhibit 'A' along with the first Trillium hops I've seen in distro in quite a while.

 

Seems to be everywhere in the Boston area today. Most stores got a case of 12.
