And there's always fresh Pliny on tap at Twist Wine around the corner. If you're into that.

Visiting Tmook thread on the third page?! People from out of town might think that there isn't much to do in this town

In any case, I was wondering if @deGardebrewing could provide us with a description of this recent batch of The Peach? I didn't see anything on your Facebook like typically accompanies a new beer being put on the board (or returning). Looks like no Cognac barrels this time?

What happens when ya leave cows and clams unattended for too long? Clowms! Scary clowms!

What! Why didn't anyone tell me this before any of my past trips to the coast?!

It's been mentioned many, many times, in various threads. Place is owned by a relative (Sister?) of Vinnies.

It's not always on. My last visit they only had Blind Pig on. No big deal since Pliny is so easy to find in PDX.

It's a nice treat for us Washingtonians who have been without Russian River for four years now.

Doubt it. I hard they weren't too keen on not being able to choose who carried their beer.

Not unless they increase production. And, get to hand pick which accounts get their Precious.

Not sure how Oregon differs on that than Washington besides not having BevMo and Total Wine. I know Vinnie despises those places.

WA has a law that says if a distributor has a given beer on hand and listed, they have to sell it to whichever customer (store/bar/restaurant) orders it, first come, first served. RR's publicly stated reason for leaving WA was this law. I'm of the opinion that other reasons were the real driving factor, and this was their excuse. YMMV.

There just might be a very good reason for that.

Going to be in town tonight and hoping to catch the Ward/Kovalev fight. Can anyone recommend a spot that will have the fight and some decent brews? Much appreciated!

Grabbed a bottle of Desay Deux at PCC the other day for $14. Is that in line with what other have paid?

It was $12 at the brewery, so that sounds about right for distro.

Taking into account the lack of a description on Facebook, no response here, and the discussions overheard in the taproom this beer seems to be a bit of a touchy subject. Not expecting to get any more info at this point. I don't really get it though ... I'm not being critical just curious (that's why my friends call me 'Whiskers'). No big deal ... I'll continue to enjoy drinking my bottles anyway.
