Looking like a Sunday release this weekend with Mofosaic being one of the cans. Anyone have any idea what the other can is gonna be?

"Beer #2 for Sunday's release. Promises Pale Ale. 6.2% and double dry-hopped with a beautiful blend of American hops."

Born Yesterday is 7% and hoppier than a lot of IPAs, but it still calls itself a pale ale.

The world is a twisted place, my friend.

I had Promises on tap back in September and, not surprisingly, very tasty. I'm hoping I can make it there, have a baptism which is ending rather early in the afternoon. Gonna see how good of a mood the missus is in before I tell her I'm off to Northport.

So I'm thinking about going to the can release tomorrow. Never done one of these events before. How much of a hassle should I expect? If I get there by 9 am, will that be early enough to get a 4 pack of each?

Given the fact that two of the beers being released have been canned already, the fact that it's gonna be a pretty dreary day tomorrow, and my own personal experiences with their can releases, you should be able to show up at 10:00 or later and be able to score a 4-pack of each.

I showed up 45 minutes early for the One/Even Mo Mofo release and was about 30th on line.

How long do their cans usually last throughout the day? Is it a situation like other half where you can show up later and grab a couple 4pks?

I don't see why not. That's my plan. The weather is supposed to be terrible too.

I plan to roll up at 11 or 12, leave the car running grab a few 4 packs of cans and head home.

that said if I get there and it is sold out I'll grab a growler or just come back when not crowded and get growlers. so far, none of their releases sold out to the line, but I wouldnt plan to stop by midweek for cans, but who knows?

the few people I know going early are going early cause they want to hang on the line, not because they fear missing cans.

I think there is a risk. 80 cases of EMM and 100 of the other two. Not sure people will get full allotments of all.
