Grabbed a bottle last night east of cleveland, so it's hitting.

Grabbed a few bottles while down this week. An amazing beer and love the smaller bottle format. I need to seriously sit down with my finances and figure out a Jackie os budget. Forget a beer budget. this needs to be its own category!

 

I'd grab their Berliner if I could, I liked it a lot when I had it on draft at Frog.

At the moment I'm having a Bell's Black Note. Reminds me very, very much of BB Oil.

 

i just want to say that brad is a great person. Was down yesterday picking up black maple, champion, and the berliner also vanilla is still on tap. Brad came out saw me at the bar and we talk for 20 minutes and then he invited me to go to the barrel room and taste some beer.

The barrel area is huge about 800 barrel mostly sours. got to taste a lot of stuff the side project collab stout is great. there are lots of fun sour saison / Grisette that are coming with wide variety of barrels

Agree...Brad sat with myself, wife and a buddy and his wife the whole time at the Wolfe's Ridge/Jackie O's brunch in July...he answered what had to be the most basic annoying questions lol, as we are relatively novice craft beer guys...but he answered them and chatted with us as painful as it had to be haha...absolutely love Jackie O's beers and the people down there whenever I visit are just as nice...

 

Since my calls to the brewpub were not returned I'll ask my question here. The website says 6 bottle limit on ba beers to go. Is that total or could I buy 6 ba oil of Aphrodite and 6 champion ground?

Too be fair most people complain that people ask questions here that answers are available to elsewhere. I didn't see it as passive aggressive towards the brewery as much as towards the BA users that always complain when they have to be helpful.

 

Don't worry. Ray always feels the need to throw his snarky, asshole comments in where he can. At least he admits it. Consider it an initiation of sorts.

 

Anyone else notice the nobel sorrel entry on untapped was reset? The total checkin went to 30 and my July entry was removed. Just wondering why.

 

Have you checked again? I had my first one a few months ago, so I wanted to double check and see if mine was erased. I didn't see any of the versions that came up when I entered Noble Sorrel, but when I typed in what you entered, I saw a beer with 30 checkins.

 

your spelling is the problem. "noble" sorrel was not reset
