Had a can last night and was pretty impressed with it

 

I think the lead(s) have to be female if it's similar to the two other can releases - Golden Girls (Dank You for Being a Friend) and Murder (Nelson), She Wrote.

I'm getting behind Facts of Life with Small Wonder coming in second. Mrs. Garret and Tootie would look phenomenal with hop heads. V.I.C.I.'s robot body with a hop on top would be cool too.

The beer is very good. Dangerously drinkable for 12.3% and it has that signature Nelson profile that is unlike any other hop. I'm new to the same day canning format but from what I've read this could develop nicely over the next week or two.

 

Drink now or forever hold your yeast.

everything is late on this site these days.... i think everybody has switched over to Untappd.....

 

Any Nobility bottle sightings around the North OC (From HB/SB >Anaheim) area? It looks like they still have bottles at the brewery. Just don't feel like waiting around all day till they open at 4.

 

They still have no distro David, unless the merchant picks up directly from NAW. I picked up bottles last week, great batch. I think there are still cans of Nelson left as well from what I heard.

I know that they have no (new) distro yet. I'm sure Vito is working hard at finding the right one to deal with. But I saw on IG that some store had it advertised in stock. That was just after it was released. Maybe the store owner picked up bottles at the brewery and stocked it for resale? I was thinking maybe Noble had some cases delivered by them to the local Anaheim area stores (Mr K). I hate the hours at the tasting room. Even on Fridays they don't open till 4pm. I am going to be in the area today around noon. I could go there around 4ish but don't want to deal with the traffic coming home. Plus I'd like to have some pints inside me earlier than 4. So driving there later is out of the question. But.....if Nelson cans are still available then maybe it might be worth the wait till 4? Thx Bud.

@dcgunman A little further south, but I saw 4-5 bottles at First Class Pizza in Irvine last Friday

 

Was very fortunate to get some cans of Nelson (Yum Yum) on Monday. I thought it was good. More malty up front and juicy in the back. I didn't taste the 12% until the wife reminded me I was talking sh!te to her. Nobility was found at Hollingshead Deli. No bottles were at Noble Monday. All went out for distro to the local.

 

ha ha, yeah, that one creeps up on you for sure.
