Can confirm, saw a few bottles at Total Wine WH this weekend. Had already spent too much so I passed unfortunately. They also had:

4 packs of Kiwi Rising (1 per)
WW Stout (3 bottles per)
Lizard of Koz
Still had plenty of Founders Harvest Ale
Sierra Nevada trip in the woods Barrel Aged Beers (Narwhal, Bier de Garde, Ginger Bigfoot)

That place is dangerous for my wallet.

 

Found some Clown Shoes Hammer of the Beast today in Ansonia

 

The 1-per Kiwi Rising limitation is pretty much there to drum up interest. They cranked out a TON of it this year. The problem is that the average CT consumer doesn't know crap about Jack's Abby, and adding limits draws deserved attention and hype.

Also, please don't shop at Total Wine if you can help it. They're trying to destroy CT's beer/wine/liquor industry and doing a damn good job at it.

 

Yeah I had to ask for Kiwi Rising at Willowbrook in Cromwell. That puzzled me. It's one of my favorite beers and I'm so excited about it being in four packs this year!

 

Found BCBS Monday afternoon in Simsbury.

We got it in at my store, but we're asked to drop it on Friday. Apparently got the only case in the surrounding area which is pretty sweet!

Marlborough. And yeah that's what the rep told me, trying to go in line with the Black Friday release

Found Kiwi Rising in Bloomfield so it's around.

 

At least we know CT already has BCBS unlike last year when we had to wait a bit of time after Black Friday.

 

The question is "how bad will the CT stores try to gouge us?". Last year, I saw BCBS for $18, $20, $25, etc. One place bragged that they had it for $14 per bottle like it was a steal. I got my case in MA.

 

G-Bot at Total Wine near west farms today. Unfortunately I was told that the last Kiwi Rising sold about an hour earlier

 

Picked up a 4pk of Kiwi and Bruery mash&a vanilla in Trumbull last night

 

Picked up 4pk Kiwi, Lizard of Koz, Firestone Boulevard No 6 Collab, Capts, a few other lambics at Kays Wines. They seem like they got a nice drop, via their social media.. happy thanksgiving folks
