2016 BCBS Chicago Release (Black Friday & Beyond)

They haven't announced anything yet, but if it's like last year, I think people were lining up around 7ish. I got there after the release started last year and still was able to grab Reg and BW, so there was enough to go around.

 

A Binny's rep replied to a comment on their Black Friday page saying they would have a limited amount of Rare.

 

Not surprising given the fact that Jewel is going to sell some, I just assumed it would be available at Binnys LP especially.

 

Yeah, I thought it might be a surprise for people in line or something Friday morning. But good call checking their page (I keep forgetting to refresh it).

Thanks. I just walked by there about 30 minutes ago and there's a BCBS flier taped to their door. I didn't see anything online either.

 

Who else wants in on the class action action Inbev? If you can sue them for misleading that a German beer is made in America, why can't you sue them over a beer that is called Rare that can be purchased all the time?

 

I'm in if we're suing them for bottles of the aforementioned beer.

 

Also just saw this posted in one of the Jewel liquor depts, they are definitely trying to increase awareness.....

 

This is the most blatant case of false advertising since my suit against the movie "The Neverending Story."

 

When I called Walgreen's they weren't sure about anything. They probably aren't releasing any information because of the fiasco that happened 2 years ago.

seriously, if that's actually true, I'd go from "oh man, pleeeeeease let me be less than 12th in line" to "okay so do I want a snifter bad enough to still get up early?"

 

If there isn't a big allotment this year...This is going to turn into Thunderdome.
