"Come get the last bit of Juice is Loose today! At noon. Don't wait. It won't last."

I will not be able to get there till 1:30. Should that message mean that if I am not there at noon, then don't bother. Sorry to ask again. I was just really excited to get.

 

I really like DDH Ft. Point! Are you saying that Flightless is comparable. I would still go for that!

Yes, I'd say they're very comparable. All of their APA's have been home runs for me. (All their canned hops really for that matter)

 

Well NbN sounds outstanding this year. So happy it has no cinamon and no peppers in it.

I ordered a bottle each of regular the BA version. I'm assuming if we chose to pick up from The Beer Cellar they'll hold the bottles indefinitely--can someone confirm this?

I didn't see any deadline by which we had to pick them up. I live in the city and am rarely out that way. Maybe find a mall nearby and drop off the wife and kids for Christmas shopping one of these weekends. . . .

Looks like these are all sold out.

 

It sold out online last year and was available for a few months at the store, so I hope that's the case this year. But with chicago beer, who knows.

 

Giving us barrel aged neckbeard as part of IL membership would be so much better than including the regular like last year.

 

Yorktown is relatively nearby. Proxys is another option.

 

I just received an email stating that we have until 12/31/2016 at 7pm to pick up the Neckbeard Nectar bottles.

 

When is the next IL membership release? There hasn't been one since June (unless I missed it, I know there are tons of problems with emails since I get every MI membership email and I'm IL only).

We just had to re-up recently, and I think it may have been for the year. So I'm assuming after the new year.

 

No releases yet in the new period. Chris' email from early August said the new IL period was for a year through June '17 with 10-14 bottles over approx 3 different releases & with one party at the end of the period instead of a party at each release. Looks like we may be having releases every other month in the first half of 2017 (not complaining btw).

I also second prior2two's comment hoping that if Neckbeard is a member bottle it's the BA & not the regular like last year.

 

Yea I was kinda pissed about that last year. Having this sale and then including it was a little weak in my opinon. However I wouldnt say no to a second or third BA version.

Plus this years is a much better sounding blend personally.

 

As long as we get more Kentuckley in the same or higher quantity as last year, I'll be happy.
