    Wow just had my first bottle of Mash & Coconut last night. I actually thought that a coconut barleywine sounded putrid when it was first announced, but holy shit was I mistaken! Easily the best beer they've debuted in the past 3 years. Really excellent stuff.

    I don't remember, does Hoarders have included bottles of Wine 4 for this year?

    If so that means next month we get INCLUDED

    Jesus, that's a lot of included beers just in time for the holidays!

    Just cracked a bottle of last year's BT. Simply delicious. Down to four bottles. What are thoughts on a reasonable BT vertical. Three years? 4? 5?

    I had a mini flight '12 - '16 which was maybe 2oz Each, and that was enough for me. I'm not a pro like some that can solo a BT. :grimacing:

    I think it depends how many people are joining.

    This last year we did '09-'15 with all the variants (port, run, reserve; not the other days though). There were 12-15 of us and it was still probably 2-3X more BT than was reasonable.

    I'm certainly over holding any for aging or verticals at this point.

    yea i hit that point last year as well. I buy a bottle or two every year to see it with a year or two on it but thats it no need for a vert or anything

    So my 15 bottles of bt should last awhile then. Look me up in 5 yrs. Should still be drinking it rhen as well. Lol.

    Can't remember how cybeerMonday works. First come first serve, wake up at midnight if you want Something like Mash and Coco? Or are there some sort of society guaranteed allotments?

    In the past it has always been first come first served. 0 guarantees. But it seems production has been upped this year so if they bring out older bottles from 2016, like Les Ronces, then I bet there would be a ton. But if they break out stuff from the cellar...well....time to internet-fight.

    I'll bet. I halved a BT '16 tonight and it was also quite good but very fresh. That was after a BATFidy, Stikee Monkee, and some Mash&Coconuts growler.

    Anyway my question is this - is there a Black Friday sale or just the Monday sale?
