Not sure how many of you decided to try Top Hops, but I was astounded. I didn't line up, I just went for the taplist that went on at Noon and they still had lots of Regal and Rare with a 2 p/p limit. It lasted until 4 or 5pm I would say.

Were people just unexcited this year with the lack of variant or was this in protest of what happened last year? Combination of both? Still trying to figure that out.

Stood in line at Top Hops for a few releases, one that comes to mind was Vanilla Rye. Ownership going to AB, last years horribly embarrassing QC measures, the utter lack of creativity or imagination when it comes to variants. Selling out and losing your reputation in rapid succession are bad for your health.

I really don't disagree. But at the same time, I think both Regal and Rare are tremendous beers.

Oh yeah, and they went from $23-25 dollars for 48oz to $15 for 16oz. If none of that matters to someone then I'd say this year Christmas came early for you.

Is WF Bowery the best bet for BCBS+ variants this year? Or is it really anybody's guess? Coming up to NYC for the Cuse game and looking to snag some if I can

anybody try WF on 86th? I called and was told to try back at 12, but feel it will be a classic case of calling at 12 and being told they are sold out.

Just got back from WF CC. They started selling at 8am and were instantly out of rare & coffee. They have regal ($22) & bw ($12) left at 1pp & unlimited reg ($10).
