Bought one yesterday for $15.99, very reasonable. I wasn't particularly impressed with the maple, but it also isn't a style I go in for. The coffee stout was fantastic and I really enjoyed the cascade. I hadn't had a snpa in a while and it was a reminder of how much better beer Sierra Nevada makes every day than so many breweries ever make. I would have preferred hop hunter, because I love that beer, but it was a good package to share with friends at a gathering last night.

I'm fairly sure there is a difference between Fresh/Wet... I think Bill explained it. Regardless, I think they sit for a few weeks any way due to 'bottle conditioning'.

    As for the
(thread) criticism of the 'Maple Scotch'... You have to understand its a fairly large produced beer. That costs you about $1 per beer. Not some $10 bomber. Not trying to be an apologist, but you have to check you exceptions at the door to some degree.

Celebration is bottle conditioned. It has to have time in the bottle before it is released!

Picked up a 12 pack of it a couple weeks ago, omg!! Has to be one of my favorite variety packs yet! The maple scotch ale was delicious

Picked this pack up for a gathering and my thoughts:

    Coffee Stout - wonderful
Maple Scotch Ale - delicious but I echo what others have said and if you didn't tell me that there was maple in it I wouldn't have known
Single Hop Cascade - just okay, wouldn't seek it out again

Not sure where you live in Tennessee but I haven't seen the Snow Pack either..I live in West TN... Haven't seen Celebration here yet either and I'm hoping that when (if) we do, it's a later bottling date than that... I know most areas have had this for quite some time now...

I seriously doubt we'll see it in TN due to our obnoxious abv limits. Because this pack contains both high and low gravity beers it won't see distribution here as high gravity has to go through different distribution channels. Once the limit is raised on January 1 I suppose we could see the Snow Pack trickling in, however.
