Lagunitas High Westified 6 packs

probably one of the best deals going.... jealous!

 

High Westified is in a different stratosphere with any of their previous stouts. Besides being in what I consider to be the top tier of barrel aged stouts, it might have been the best value for it's price in that category.

 

Hope the beer is as good as last year. I thought the bombers were the best deal ever but now they've made it even cheaper?!

 

wow, I hope this makes it to Massachusetts and isn't super limited. The one bottle I bought last time they came out with this was unreal and probably the best value barrel aged beer, (If I remember right I think it was about $9 for a bomber). The releases over the last few weeks and coming up are soooo good including bcbs, prairie bomb, big bad Baptist variants etc.

 

Will this be available everywhere or just in select markets? When high westified was released 2 years ago, I only got it on draft in my area and not bottles. That beer was pretty damned good from what I remember and id love to grab a few six packs of it.

 

Any idea if this is available in California or Washington yet ?

Thank you so much for helping me out. This is a gem of a place with a really good selection. I was able to get a 6-pack of the Westified here, just a few minutes ago.

 

Been searching throughout Washington State and Oregon the last week and a half. I have found nothing yet.

Any Seattle area sightings? Less than $15 for a six-pack of barrel aged beers is crazy!!!

 

I'm just hoping this doesn't sell out so fast that I can't get it.

 

Correct. Last year was the first time it was bottled and it was released in bombers.

 

Any San Diego sightings yet?

 

I've never had this, but heard numerous ppl say it's fantastic. Definitely getting put on my want list.

Sheesh! I'm still waiting for the One hitter here in VA (VA Beach area). Unless it came and went under my nose. Would love to see this on the shelf too!

 

I guess I should have been paying closer attention to Lagunitas recently. I remember being able to try this on tap last year, but never found it in bottles around me-- and just made peace with never being able to have it again. This is great news, OneHitter bottles have been available around me and I think a 6er of Waldo's was like $12; this might be a beer I actually stock up on due to its quality/price.
