Let's agree to disagree. Gotta love America! Try not to get so bent out of shape about someone commenting on a beer forum about beer pricing in the future. It's probably not worth your obvious frustration and anger.

You should get what you pay for. If people feel as though the product they're selling doesn't match their pricing, then yeah people will have a problem with the pricing.

People will buy, some people won't. Move on.

I'm on a public beer forum so I'd have to disagree. At no point did I say OH or their beer sucks, I just don't agree with their pricing on certain bottled stouts.

I think it was sarcasm. Implication was that the thread is full of fanboys, so any criticism is not going to go down well

Thats what I'm saying, nobody has tried these bottles, but that doesn't make them overpriced at $15... BQE has always been more than $15 even before people knew it was great. Threes for example sells their kettle sours for $15. If they're not worth it to you, dont buy them anymore, but to accuse a brewery of ripping off its customers is outrageous. I understand having an issues or being concerned about their BA offering after them having issues in the past, but that doesn't magically drop the price of a beer or somehow make it any cheaper.

I bought it for Apple Brandy BQE, pretty much zoned out after that, so you're telling me I get 3 other bottles too?

Am I the only one wondering where the Red Wine Barrel Luci went? That shit was dynamite and I'd gladly pay $15 a pop for some of that!

How do you guys think the timing of the line compares to Trillium?

It will move 4.2% quicker (+/- 0.05% for potential unknown factors not currently captured in my model)

Man with a plan over here.

The only times I have ever been to Trillium I walked in and there wasn't a line. I would say expect more of a line

    Timing? Who knows.

But I imagine the line will move much slower. Trillium release was one beer that day, and most people bought the max (especially those closer to the front of the line). Pretty simple to sell beer that way.

I thought he was referring to the last OH/Trillium collab. No?

lol to all you guys. I meant what time do you think people will arrive at Other Half compared to the time people arrived for the Trillium collab release?

Well the people flying in from Cali will probably get to OH around 6pm Friday, drink in the taproom, start placing their chairs on Centre after they close at 10pm, come back at 9am Saturday to realize their chairs were thrown away/stolen, head to the back of the line.

OK enough talk about pricing of stouts - who is going tonight to try out the Monkish collab on draft on the tap room? Please report back that it sucks so it doesn't get anymore hyped. I don't want to have to line up at 7am.
