You can buy breakfast stout by the case in Binnys. You can't buy any bottles of Vietnamese stout at this moment

Speedway all day. Even if it was the regular. And that's saying something, cause Breakfast Stout is great.

The Vietnamese is one of the best stouts in the world though. So creamy.

Not to disrupt all the BCBS hunting tips but I'm drinking BCBCS '16 at DePaul WF and it is way better than whatever the hell they were pouring at Fobab. Hope I feel the same about Prop '16. Cheers!

I think all the WF's were putting some sort of BCS on at 6. Randomly popped into edgewater (still a few reg... and high westified) and was going to grab a pour when the bartender flipped the sign to show prop and reg on tap. Don't mind if I do!

Damn....prop tastes different every single time!! 50/50 with reg FTW

I skipped WF this year after getting my hands on variants locally on BF, got in line last year at 6am and was only able to get 2 infected nov05 reg bottles. Congrats to you guys that scored variants and reg at WF this year.

At the LP Whole Foods, coffee and regular full pours are pretty tasty. Coffee stands out a lot imo, cuts a little bit of the seeetness in a good way.

At the West Loop WF. They have prop and regular on draft. First taste of either this year. Prop is better than I expected from early reviews, however it is definitely the worst of all of the variants this year (haven't had this year's coffee, but if it is close to prior years I stand by this statement). Regular is very vanilla heavy this year which I really enjoy. This is probably the first year that regular is better than any of the variants.

Anyone have any leads near Logan Square? Not really looking for variants at this point- just want to pick up a couple bottles of regular at a fair price. Feel free to send a DM or reply. Much appreciated.

I decided to go over to Lincoln Park Whole Foods with my daughters for lunch and shopping...and see what BCBS was left. Luckily for me, Coffee was still on tap, so I had one of those while we at lunch. Not sure how long today it will last.

Zen Wine & Spirits in Wicker Park still has regular, $20 a bottle. Easy pass for me.

Coffee is OK, Prop is tasting better imo, good spice pecan balance. Both are on tap there along with barley wine and regular.

Got one of the last 2 pours of coffee before it kicked at the Taproom. I missed out on 2 bottles by 5 total people so I was beginning to think this wasn't meant to be. I think the coffee is pretty great actually. The Barleywine is a step down afterwards unfortunately

Fantastic. Coffee has consistently been great every time I've had it.

I wasn't able to wake up to get in line for the last release I know of today.

I guess my 2016 BCBS hunt ends with a hard earned loot of:

    14x 2016 reg
    5x 2016 bw
    2x 2016 prop
    1x 2016 coffee
    6x 2015 reg (non infected)
    2x 2015 rare

I really wanted to get a coffee today... why did I go out last night?!!??

BCS coffee still going strong at Whole Foods LP. 4 or 12 oz pours so more than at the tap room which ran out

    *Nevermind it just ran out

That's awesome it lasted so long - I was stoked to be able to get a pour around lunchtime. I wonder if DePaul is still going, as I expect they'd be less busy than the LP location.

Tried the 2016 barleywine, which was also my first ever barleywine.

It tasted like the regular, but slightly sweeter and there was a hint of coffee. It's pretty good, but I think the reg is still better.
