Keeping it beer. Have any of you that have these had one recently ? This is my first since the release day. Standing pat on my theory that all hoppy Monkish beers hit their sweet spot after a couple weeks. So much more complexity on an already brilliant beer.

Monkish is the greatest and always does what the customers ask of them immediately.

 

They had the other half collaboration on tap but the only keg they had just went.

 

Had Foggy Window on tap today, it started of juicy with the few first sips. Then it all went down hill, tasted like residue after, disappointment.

Little Arms is much more pronounced and has a hop bite to it through out.

 

Agreed with Little Arms, enjoyed that beer much more than Foggy Windows. Came in with the intention of getting a growler of Foggy and left with Little Arms. Much more drinkable and had a great finish

 

Possible 2 releases this week.

|| LOST CAT || Inspired by our feral cat rescue, Cleo (the reigning Feline Queen of the brewery), we made a beer fit for royal personalities. Lost Cat is a mixed-fermentation saison ale aged in oak wine barrels with black raspberries. Berry, jammy, tart, with a bit of funkiness. 7.2% ABV (750ml corked & caged champagne-style bottles). Only 600 bottles. Limit 2 bottles per person.

|| CELESTIAL FUZZ || You'll ascend into a galaxy of tartness with this saison aged in a French oak foudre with our house mixed culture of wild yeast and souring bacteria and then with nectarines and yellow peaches from the wonderful Masumoto Family Farms. The stone fruit is strong with this one, giving us a tart and bright beer with earthy funkiness. 6.0% ABV (750ml corked & caged champagne-style bottles). Only 700 bottles. Limit 3 bottles per person.

And now a can release

 

Just had one last night - I missed the release but a buddy opened a can for me. It was delicious.

I felt the MFCL IPA and DIPA were perfect after about 1-1.5 weeks.

 

Wonder why I am not getting the mailing list stuff... or I am just blind.

 

It's from the pre-release group emails; general email should be sent out later.

 

Seeing that this is not a double I am wondering if this may last just a BIT longer ?

Stupid question, but where do you see this? It is not on their social media I see nor is it on EventBrite.

 

With the looks of things, this will probably go quicker than the last 2 releases. I may drive by around 5 and see how it is.
