Interesting to see that they are offering all of the barrel aged lineup in 750ml bottles as well as 12oz four packs, including KBS, BB, etc...

You guys don't think one of those will be BA Redankulous? It's been on tap for months and it always seem like they test things out in the taproom first.

I personally hope not. Wouldn't surprise me a bit though.

I would love it, but with rumors of Doom, don't think they'd release two BA IIPA's next year.

I really hope they don't bottle Doom again. It wasn't that great the first time around. Not to mention Founders stopped bottling Double Trouble a year ago because it wasn't selling.

As long as none of those mystery BA beers turn out to be KBS Blast, I'll be happy:grinning::grinning:

But seriously, I'd love to see some of the recommendations/guesses that have already been brought up: BA FIS, BA Sumatra and of course CBS. Maybe even Panther Cub but I'm sure that's a longshot.

I loathed Doom myself, but it seems like a lot of people really enjoyed it. I have no problem with them brewing it again, and I think it would sell pretty well.

Chances are they'll release several BBA stouts so who knows. I always considered Redank a Double Reds Rye, not exactly a IIPA.

Loved it fresh. I wonder what the aged bottle I still have turned out like.

    No love for Sweet Repute?
I would really love to see that one bottled again since I've enjoyed it on draft but missed the original release.

Sweet Repute XXX was wonderful. I would be happy to see that.

Don't underestimate the power of the taproom crowd. Whenever I've been, the female to male ratio was a shocking 3:1. It seems like just a shit ton of after class and after work meetups, and the myriad fruit beers abound at such tables.

After only being able to drink 2 ounces of a 4 ounce pour of Lizard of Koz I don't think I'll ever drink another founders fruited beer.
When you're one of the top craft Brewers in the country how do you screw up that bad on that big of volume.

Oh yeah they practiced with Big Luscious.

Jeremy Kosmicki may have a love for fruit beers, but maybe he needs to brush his tongue before taste testing.....sheesh.

    Good call.

Founders has been able to succeed and expand so quickly because they were one of the first to recognize session beers and fruit beers fly off the shelves and can made quickly and easily.

They did a great job of pivoting and going the all inclusive route, as opposed to pushing the envelope on the amount of adjuncts you can put into one Stout.

Sure, that's still part of who they are with the barrel series, but they also have new fans they need to consider also.

Had a sweet repute at a bottle share last weekend. It was terrible. I'm surprised at how poorly it aged. If they brew it again, I'll buy and drink it fresh, not age.

Worked well as mouthwash at the end of a session for me... so much weird mint flavor going on. If you have any left I'd drink it or throw it out at this point.
