Central Waters Headless Heron. It's not a stout, but it's pretty heavy on the cinnamon.
    And bourbon.
    And alcohol.

One of my favorites, but would be tough to find any right now given that is is seasonal and comes out in the spring. I did find two four-packs here in August, so possibly still on the shelves somewhere. The OP doesn't get Central Waters distribution in RI, would need to find it in NY.

OP is looking for cinnamon stouts to add as ISOs in his trade requests. Shouldn't be that difficult to trade for. I still have bottles, I would assume other traders out there do too.

Oro Negro is my favorite spiced stout and it has plenty of cinnamon

Yup. Oro Negro is among the most cinnamon forward beers outside of the Blue Moon Cinnamon Horcheta, which is not a stout like you asked, but is an absolute cinnamon bomb.

Funny, I was drinking Abraxas yesterday and I immediately compared it to Xocoveza. I thought "this is how it's done". Xocoveza is just awful to my tastes, Abraxas on the other hand is unbelievably smooth.

Ballast Point makes a Cinnamon version of their Commodore stout, which I jut picked up recently but haven't tried yet

OK, not being a trader myself I didn't make that connection to his ISO reference, thought he was just seeking cinnamon stouts...

Honestly hated this beer, tasted like I imagine holiday themed air freshener would. Bleh. Hope it suits you better.

Xocoveza definitely grew on me. Give it a shot.

Abraxas, and, though it's only available in fall, Elysium Dark o' the Moon. Xocoveza is really good, too.

This year's Fremont Coffee Cinnamon B-bomb was just released, and while it's a Strong Ale rather than a Stout, should scratch that cinnamon itch.

To be honest here, some of these will be nearly impossible to find, like Mexican Cake from Westbrook. Not sure if WW has distro up your way in RI, but maybe you will see some Milk and Cookies as WW is distributing up in NE some.
