 Same thing has happened to me. "Is that safe to drink?"

Maybe TH can take a cue from Heady and start writing "Drink from the can" on the milkshakes.

What time do you think Friday's release will be?

I assume the 5pm like all of the rest, even the Sunday release was at 5 since they can day of. Still not sure why they do that. I know Tree House does because they can't keep product in the building and it's necessary but if you are rolling out cans once a week give them a day to breathe.

Could this be a Christmas milkshake? Ginger, cinnamon, etc. The timing would be right....especially with Holidaze making a brief teaser appearance at the Ferm last week.

Eggnog Milkshake would be killer. Cinnamon and vanilla.

Nutmeg and cloves are the spices used in egg nog.

Not to mention the milkshakes tend to use a fruit high in pectin in an attempt to thicken the brew with a milkshake like effect...

Just drink "Seasonal IPA" for your fix of a funky, nearly offensive spice bomb.

I agree with your buddy, they are NOT safe to drink.

ISO: Peach Double Milkshakes. FT: Coors Light.

Are HopHands cans safe to buy yet? I already have a shelf full of prior disappointments, and I would love some cans of HopHands that I can actually drink.

Seasonal IPA actually has a surprisingly high average rating, so you're not so deep in the minority as it might seem by some of our comments.

I mean I thought it was technically well made, but the combination of flavors was very odd.

I think this covers everything I detected when I had it: rice pudding, beets, carrot cake, bubblegum, lavender, vanilla cream, earthy roots, lemon, soap, cinnamon raisin oatmeal cookie, and an odd bitterness in the background.

Some of these notes might sound good by themselves, but when combined with each other, it's a bit overwhelming.

I loved the fall Seasonal IPA. It had a lot of spice but I'm a sucker for ginger and thought the combination with cinnamon and vanilla worked really well. It was a bizarre beer, for sure.

Rice pudding is a good call, @Sabtos.

I had one can of Seasonal IPA that I saved for Thanksgiving. Had it after dinner with a slice of pumpkin pie and i can't think of any other way to drink it.

Did the same thing, though I was enjoying it outside while I slaved over the grill making appetizers lol. For what it was, a weird-ass beer, it was good.

I definitely got the rice pudding, reminded me a bit of a less sweet cigar city horchata
