I understand, too. But from my customer-centric point of view, I make to your haunts maybe a fifth as often as I would if Noble were open at noon or even two.

Not your fault but the traffic around there is so rancid, it's just not worth going 4-6 and I only live in North OC. Damn shame cuz your beer is da bomb.

Reason why I don't visit as often. Otherwise I try and make it out there on the weekends.
Maybe after the expansion is done and if they have a separate tasting room from the brewery-side they can have some change in the hours. I noticed Smog is now open on Fridays at noon. A good one two stop at Smog and Monks on the way home from LAX on a sh!ty 405 Friday traffic.

We are currently in the early stages of an expansion which we hope should be completed in 2017. This includes plans for a new tasting room, one that is apart from the day to day tasks of the brewhouse, and that can facilitate longer hours of operation. Until then, give traffic the middle finger and come share a pint with us when you can. We appreciate any time you can make it down, no matter how often it may be.

    Cheers.

Hows it compare to Apricots Dream? Opened my growler last night and thought it was one of the better ones out there. But not as good as Rodney Dankerfield.

David, two different beasts. AD is finished on fruit and is as you know a massive DIPA, I liked it but could not drink a lot of it. This is a classic interpretation of the NE style juicy IPA with just enough Noble west coast DNA, its super soft and dangerously crushable at 6.3%. I filled up 2 growlers and am glad I did.

This Codependent IPA is so good. The mouthfeel and juiciness is right up there with the best of them. Good job Noble.

Noble has come a long way from having just the front tasting room and cornhole out by the front entrance. Cheers to Evan and the team, can't wait for the expansion!

So it looks like Noble is planning another can release, per their vague Instagram post.

I would love to see them can one of their newer creations like Codependent, that stuff is truly legit, we're drinking the second growler we got last week, the best of east meets west and I love the lower ABV on these, in cans it would be stocked in my fridge.

Yeah, that was my reaction as well. In fact, I'm on my way in a bit to fill another growler. Really tasty stuff.

Well, it was fun while it lasted. Codependent is no longer available for growler fills.
