    I've never been to OH and thinking about going on Friday for the release. I would want to sample some other beers though. Is the taproom a madhouse and is it tough to hangout and drink there during the releases? Do they fill growlers during releases?

    On Saturday releases it can be a madhouse. Not sure how a 2 can, day before Christmas Eve release will be. Yes, they fill growlers.

    I would not be surprised if the taproom is very crowded on Friday. It's Christmas wknd and the start of the long wknd at that. The can release will probably only add to that. The taproom is VERY small. You can sometimes spill into the garage if the taproom is packed, but that's probably not an option on Friday since there will be a can release going on in the garage. My advice is to get there early. It will likely be jam packed later in the evening with people who are coming out to drink or picking up cans and sticking around for a few rounds.

    The tap room is tiny and is generally uncomfortable during releases -- might be less so on friday, but imagine it will still be tough.

    Another thing to note is that since they purge their growlers, it can take a while to get one filled, so have a beer or 2.

    Got there at 445 tonight and there's was a line of a dozen or so people and growing. I think it was pretty inconsiderate to have 1 guy doing pours, fills and bottle sales with a line out the door on a cold dark night. "We're working on expanding next door" doesn't do much to spur the bad experience many have. There were some out of towners in line and it's not a good impression.

    Yea it was pretty ridiculous...Got there at 520...line of about 20-30 people. Waited at least 20 mins and still wasn't in the door yet....Then andrew opened the garage and started taking people on the iPad...Out by 550

    Andrew is a boss and deserves his own thread.

    Also the beer is drinking nice. This might be my favorite of the Orbit barrel series but regular ol' Orbit my be my favorite of the bottles.

    Thanks so much for reply man really appreciate it! Going to both this and next weekends release soo info really helps for scheduling purposes. Can't wait to sip that OH goodness!
