I suppose it depends on how an individual defines "lucky". I personally have always felt "lucky" when I drink draft Tired Hands beer whether it is at the Tired Hand locations (Fermentaria/Cafe) or my local beer bar (e.g., TJs Everyday). As long as I am drinking a tasty Tired Hands beer I am happy; it does not need to be the 'latest and greatest' Tired Hands Milkshake, Collaborative, or otherwise limited availability beer to put a smile on my face.

Keith, I suppose it might be appropriate for me to state the caveat of YMMV here!?!

    Cheers!

FWIW that has been my experience but as I detailed in my above post I am personally not fussy in having to have the 'latest and greatest' limited availability beer. Beers like ALien Church, Pineal, and even a HopHands (that doesn't suffer from diacetyl) puts a smile on my face.

    Cheers!

Edit: And their other beers like Saisons also. I recently had a Trendler Alt and even though that brand does not get exuberant love from the BA crowd I had a very big smile on my face as I drank that beer. Maybe in the context of BA I am an 'outlier'!?!:flushed:

Lucky as in they actually put the release beer on tap (that does not always happen) and lucky enough that it lasts until the next day etc. if they made enough of it.

    Agree, see my post above.

Again this is a case of blowing it out of proportion. The staff and police make sure that the sidewalk is not blocked.

I used to be very anti chair, until I tried it myself. I much prefer spending my time inside and being on a line total 20 minutes. Yeah I mean, if you can't beat them...

I was at both last week, Friday the line got really big really quick but my understanding is 2 of the 3 beers made it past the last person in line. I think if you show up before 4pm you should be ok, a lot of people in line last Friday were off work, don't think that will be as big of an issue on Thursday.

Ardmorian isn't a good beer. That and HH should last well into the night I'd imagine.
