Really enjoyed the first bottle I had, and picked up a few more. I have never collared a beer before and was wondering if this might be worth trying. I have an off site wine cellar where I store stuff and was thinking of taking it over there. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

I really enjoyed that one as well the one time I had it. However, not sure in what ways "cellaring/aging" may benefit this beer in fact the flavors and spices may get all muted over long period of time, who knows. If you have extras bottles then no harm in experimenting for science however

Thanks for the input Superflyjsc. I was curious if the milk stout would sweeten up over time- hadn't considered whether the spice content of the beer would mellow out. Looks like I will just have to pop them open soon
