Bruery 2017 RS/HS Allocations

I think at least the first run ended this morning from what the last email said.

Line at the Tasting Room is to the door now.

 

No line @ Terreux and it looks like all the same beers with the same society growler fills. They also have bottles of 2016 BT for public sale.

 

Just opened a bottle of Rue D'Floyd 2017. Lots of coffee. More than I remember from b1. Some cherries come up as it warms up. Vanilla is MIA.

 

@BruerJoel - Any word on growler usage? Can anyone fill the growler (like previous years).

 

@BruerJoel , can we please fix the order history on the site? I know it's new and in the works, but my trustee just picked up yesterday and there's over a dozen missing bottles, with no way for me to verify orders since the order history only goes back one month. I understand you'd like pickups to happen sooner, but without something to prove what's been purchased she's not able to do anything besides tell me they're gone.

 

I've been downloading the order confirmations right after completing the orders, or at least writing down the order numbers. Hopefully that will help my trustee sort things out when it comes time to pick up bottles....

 

Why has this no longer available? Is too much to ask for a option to print out an itemized receipt.

 

Drank a Mash & French Toast last night and IMO this beer nails what it's going for. Huge French Toast flavor with the combo of vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Going to be getting plenty more of this for sure.

 

Just email the society team. They will send you all orders for the year if you like.

I do still think the old "pending pickup list" was still an awesome and sorely missed feature.

 

Totally agree, miss the feature. That and the detailed receipts we used to get emailed after purchase.

Anyone remember when they announced the date for the anniversary festival last year? Was trying to coordinate some out-of-town visitors for May, but wanted to avoid whatever weekend the festival's on. Just hoping to give them a timeline for when I'd be able to confirm a date they can/can't come out here.

 

3/16/16 in an email entitled. "Let's Celebrate" so roughly 2 months prior.

 

I believe it was mentioned in the new passport they're giving out. I will double check when I get home.

 

The date was included in an e-mail received after re-upping membership for 2017...Saturday, May 13th.

Not sure if this is incorrect or the above referenced email may be, but in the passport we got, it says the 9th Anniversary Festival will be on May 6th.

 

The email said May 13th and the passport says May 6th. I'm guessing the latest info May 6th is correct.

 

Anyone try room for more yet?
