[IMG] Found this in the mix 6 section and decided to give it a shot. Pretty decent and drinkable at 9%

Stone Ripped another beauty. The difference with this PA is they used new world hops keeping an eye on traditional caramel and pale malts. A killer combo of old and new.
    Cheers![IMG]

Ok, so I snuck out early before the bear awoke. I think he feels my abandoning PA beers last night led to the outcome, and was fearing a mauling upon my return home.

Luckily my co-worker, who was visiting OH this holiday, was actually nice enough to seek out a beer I had asked him to look for :grimacing:. I was pleasantly surprised and am grateful he grabbed me some Wulver. In fact, enough that I can actually share with my friend .

I told Pooh it was like nectar, and he equated that with hunny, and said he'd spare me if I gave him the beer. Guess my friend gets none, after all.

Actually he told me I do had to finish my last home brew (from August). Hope the punishment ends there. :grinning:

P.S. my co-worker tried some of the Wulver, and thought it was horrible! :grimacing::grimacing:
Guess that's actually a good thing, when I think of it.

Evening beer peeps.....stopped at the walk in med clinic on my way home from work today.....seem to be feeling worse instead of better with this head cold crap....seems I have a sinus infection as well....oh joy! Got 2 scripts and am now drowning my woeful sorrows in some Shugga.....should be good medicine too, right?

Picked up a couple of new beers earlier today, so not a total loss....including this tasty local coffee porter I sipped on my lunch hour

Grandma came through with the MVP move and offered to babysit for a bit so baby mama and I could have a date night. We didn't go far, just hit the bar across the street, but it was good to be on our own for a brief minute.

I had the Hardywood Pils, great representation of a German pilsner.

Girlfriend had Commonwealth's Egg Nog Riot, a you guessed it, Egg Nogg flavored cream ale at 9.5 abv. Surprisingly delicious. Really well done, I love this brewery more and more.

First new beer of 2017. I've seen this around forever but never tried it. Nice easy drinking to ease into the new year. Cheers!

Great Lakes Nosferatu imperial red ale. Been waiting to sate this one for a while. Found two bottles at the Blue Front in Ann Arbor during holidays visit. Great beer!

Another solid lager from Jacks Abby! while not on par with Kiwi Rising, which I had last night, it is a nice representation of the style and like some other beers I've had from JA, it tastes better out of a can.[IMG]
