FOBAB 2012 - November 17th

It is going to be a boring pub crawl from Maria's to Simone's or Skylark...

 

there's that new bar, was decent. they do karaoke on thursdays. on 18th and blue island. where the library is. i was a few drinks in from Maria's when going there, but it wasn't bad. they had Revolution anti hero on tap then (a month ago) just saying.

 

I was thinking Old Style signs down Halsted to Skylark. Then backup Racine to Taylor/UIC area. Tons of bars to hit. Although you have to be open minded(with regards to beer choices).

 

which sesh are most of yall going to? specifically the after party talkers

 

I was able to secure a ticket to the 6pm session around noon on 9/1. It was my wedding day, but thankfully the girls were running late (shocker) and I had time at the hotel to use my cell to get online and order one. This will be my first time attending - can't wait!

 

Hopefully the first session. I'm bringing my Pappy '07 BCBS bottle to get signed just in case.

That's what I figured. I guess we pick between drunken bus ride to red line or drunken walk to red line. Just kidding I never get drunk it's all about respecting beer.

 

I just booked my hotel in downtown, probably cab it down. Going to the 6pm session.

 

Someone comfort me and tell me 2 tickets will likely open up for this at some point. Waiting to book that flight back home.

If you are talking about BPT's, then I'm not sure what you are talking about because it says sold out for both sessions?

 

Yea, I bought one of the BPT sight 25 minutes ago to the 6pm session. Someone must have returned one, because it let me buy it and download the ticket. People might want to check back in every now and then and see if anymore open up.
