OK sour fans, not only is November 12th our 9th anniversary party and Toys for Tots drive, but we are also doing a bottle release of three great funky beers. Specific details coming very soon but here is a snapshot of the beers. Please share with your friends and come up to the Northwoods for a night of celebrating great beer and helping a kid feel awesome at Christmas.

The Continental- Champagne currant barrel aged sour. Super funky and sour with big acidity. (No Wisconsin Distro) (924 bottles)
Peach and Jong- Tart Belgian Style strong ale with peaches. Big ABV with succulent peach and funk. (My personal favorite) (No Wisconsin Distro) (696 bottles)
Berry Gibb- Blueberry and ginger barrel aged sour. Tangy ginger spiciness sits atop tart blueberries. Beautiful purple pour with tannin structure and awesome aroma. This beer is a collaboration with Discount Liquor in Milwaukee and Waukesha. It will only be available at O'so Taphouse and Discount Liquor. Release date info at Discount will be upcoming. (420 bottles at Discount, 396 @ o'so)

Well come on! Ain''t nobody ever had fun using facts!!!! I just heard it from a big Oso fan and I'm concerned because I've been very impressed with everything I had from them his year (Tuppens, Refresher, Hop Whoopin varieties)

Well unless Mark and Katina are reliquishing ownership (extremely unlikely) I doubt much will change if someone is leaving, that being said if there is a brewing position open I would love to fill it if possible lol.

Whatever it is we are talking about, I heard it's all infected. Guy who knows a guy I know said he drainpoured his whole case. Definitely true.

Why is this thread still open as it's impossible for O'so to bottle any new sours in 2016 unless time travel has finally been invented and nobody told me about it.

I know this thread is about the sour style...but I'm surprised there isn't much noise being made about Hop Debacle. It's a damn fine IPA and really the first widely available NE IPA style brewed in WI. I find it to be a terrific example of the style and I have had Trillium, Tree House, and Tired Hands.

I think the important question here is when can I start trading a sixer of it for $200 worth of whales?

Really excited to try this one. I hope to see it up here, in the northwoods. Nice to see a brewery in WI take a stab at this type of IPA, and bottle it.
