If I'm not mistaken there's a different distributor for McHenry county and the Algonquin Binny's is almost always a week or two behind Cook and Kane county.

 

I believe that's correct.

 

Anyone know status of Binny's LP, Grand, or Logan square? GF is flying to mexico for 4 months tomorrow morning, and this is the beer that got her started on craft!

 

Binny's Glen Ellyn has a bunch, 1 case per person though.

 

Just got back with a couple 6 packs from Binny's oakbrook. Still had 3 cases left on the floor, 1 case limit. thanks for the tip!

 

maybe the "though" implied with a one case limit it might not be there when someone else shows up

 

You know, now you have me guessing. I could've sworn the sign said case but that does seem like a lot. I know they have it, I only got a six pack for myself.

You're Hopslam joking, right? Otherwise why would you continue buying something even once after it disappoints you?

 

I give beers second chances all the time. You never know if the disappointment was a one-off due to external variables.

 

Absolutely agreed on second chances. Year in, year out sounds like more than a second chance. Not trying to be a dick, just curious why anyone would keep buying something they didn't like expecting anything different, and then post about it here.
