Alright. I'm officially floored, stunned beyond belief because I'm not quite sure how to respond to this one.....

@cosmo4u ypur box arrived safe and sound, can't thank you enough for the Wicked Weed Freak times two as it's one of my personal favorites.

Per the **** below he also hit me with the very nice assortment of beers which I can't wait to dive into. Amazing box of beers, can't thank the man enough. Then I see the note with SWAG written on it. Now, I've sent what I felt was some nice swag for a BIF box before, and I've received some really nice stuff as well. It's always nice to get a get a piece of breweriana, perhaps some cool coasters, maybe a glass, even a tshirt. As this was an NFL BIF, there's been some really nice NFL team swag sent forth and I'm always amazed at the generosity BAs put forth in these things.

Anyway I open the envelope and lo and behold the swag turns out to be two killer seats to the NFL Pro Bowl!!!!! (It's being held here in Orlando for the first time ever the weekend before the Super Bowl).


OK, that's my story. Chad you're a true madman and you've got some real explaining to do. Thank you doesn't seem like the right words, but thank you. And WTF?

LOL John its not that crazy a thing. Besides its the Pro Bowl.. No tackles all offense... so if you like touchdowns hopefully the score will be 70-68 with allot of 50 yd passes down field.

It just worked out that the game is actually in your town..so enjoy!

It's Friday in the office and the beer was still cold when I opened it, so we're drinking now!

A whole pile of DC Brau (I have only had OTWOA from them and love that beer) locals that I have not had (the Space Reaper 2.0 is quite delicious btw.) and a couple sweet can glasses.

I made a polite request to the participants shipping to me to select an organization of their choice and make a charitable donation to that organization in the amount they would have spent on NFL swag. @katznotdogs chose The Lucky Dog Animal Rescue. Seahawks 27, Falcons 20

 

My 3rd box arrived yesterday from one of my favorite beer states, courtesy of @spartan3186 from Wisconsin. So many thanks for the really nice assortment from two of my favorite brewers, New Glarus and Central Waters, some classic favorites. The other breweries/beers are new to me and I'm really looking forward to trying them.

The DVD was a really thoughful touch, it's called This Old Cub and it's a documentary of Hall of Famer and former Cub announcer Ron Santo. I've seen it before, and it's very very heartwarming and inspirational. Can't wait to watch it again. It's a shame that Santo passed away before seeing the Cubs finally win a World Series this year.

The Untitled Art Juicy IPA is Levi Funk's (of Funk Factory Fame) first attempt at a NE Style IPA. I had heard good things, but hadn't tried it yet when I put it in your box. I've tried it since and was a little underwhelmed.

Either way, hope you enjoy, and congrats on the win!
