Does anyone know how much the Bruery Hoarders Snifters cost retail ?

I'm not sure, but thank you for talking about something other than a PS refund! I really hope you find your answer!

Don't think they've been listed separately yet so it's anyone's guess. I would think that if they were put up i'd be comparable to other similarly sized glasses they have had for sale. Would be cool to see them (and the work shirt) go up for sale though!

So, the real advantage (extending allotments) of auto-renewing the PS after you've upgraded to RS is essentially lost anyways...

What would your answer be if you were the lawyer for The Bruery? I imagine it would be much different. They state their policy and send reminder emails, plus you are getting some great beer too. What's not to like?

While not branded you can buy 6 of them for $90 on amazon. Figure Bruery gets them for a better discount on volume, but then adds 150% mark up, it would probably be around $30 or $35 pre-discount (if they ever sold them).

Now it's beating a dead horse but The lack of good customer service. You know those places that will accept a return with out a receipt or without a specified time frame (within reason), like REI? That's good customer service.

Refusing to issue a refund just a couple days after it was charged when no merchandise has exchanged hands and won't for another 2.5 months for no other reason than "look at the terms"? No so good.

    But those are the breaks.

Lastly, if a bruery lawyer ever caught wind of this "drop in the ocean" issue, the company probably lost money bc a lawyers hourly rate dwarfs the charge for the PS membership.

Why would they give out HS branded glassware and then sell it to the public?

And, why are you still here? With the amount of complaining you've done the last two years about every single thing about memberships and The Bruery, I would have thought you've have left by now.

They've sold extra HS glasses to HS members in the past.

I know Marc...he splits his membership with several other people, so the cost is negligible and worth it to go to the Anniversary party and the one off brews he does like. Lol

The way I recall, off the top of my head, is that allocations to HS were larger in 2014, but in 2015 and 2016 they decided to do more varied releases with smaller allocations. Back in the day, I also seem to recall that they were more likely to to larger allocations in immediate second-round sales, but I could be mistaken.

Link? I've only seen a 2 pack for $70 on Amazon.

As for legal stuff, lets not forget Patrick started off as a lawyer, I think he knows what he is doing.

Further, I don't think anyone is putting enough weight on the law in CA regarding refunding alcohol. I know 100% for sure, they cannot refund beer once it is purchased, unless it is defective (AKA infected or broken).

What I don't know, is when does a beer technically become purchased per the law? Did you buy it when you paid for it, which makes the most sense, or did you buy it when you actually picked it up? I'm willing to bet it's when you bought it, thus they cannot give you a refund for your product unless the beer is defective.

I complained earlier about the wish list thingy but glad how they worked it out... or at least if it wasn't altered how it ended up. The allocations were sufficient to fit any one's need.

I do wish they will put up more hydroflask/turrex canteens

I had no issues upgrading from PS to RS, but then again I did read the fine print and send an email confirming how to cancel my PS membership.

He's not a lawyer and never was a lawyer. He just went to law school.

Re: when "purchase" occurs, goods must be "delivered" (in my hands) or the contract is not yet performed or completed.

In my opinion, a person who splits the membership cost between several people shouldn't have the right to complain..

Surprising to read this morning that the conversation still dwells on a PS membership that won't get refunded after an email went out weeks ago stating to email them to cancel. I just want to switch back to the membership beers and say I cracked open a Rue D'Floyd (amazing cherry flavor and gets better as it warms up) and a Mash and French Toast (great taste and hit the nail on the head with the name, could only drink 1 glass though) last night and they were both superb! Great stuff so far Bruery!

Yeah, that's bullshit. Even if they split membership they are still customers of the Bruery

Holy shit people- stop the argument back and forth about being forgetful of your memberships and the issues with lack of refunds.

2-3 pages devoted to chapped asses, we get it. Let's get back to the beer.

welllllll, technically they would only be a percentage of a customer.
But hey - however people wanna do it, great. I just wouldn't feel the right to complain about details of a membership when I have a time share among 2-3 other people. That's just me, and my opinion. Call it bullshit all you want.
