Multiple "bathroom visits" = a full growler fill. Don't ask how you sneak the growler in though...

It will if you drink enough coffee beforehand. I don't know about you, but coffee just goes right through me.

I did 2 batch 5 Beats for a Rare the week they were released. Just need to find the right trader.

I traded a BA Cuir for a Rare last November. 1:1. Why are people trading for over the hill stouts? How many depurations will it take?

I was thInkin the same thing, although I don't think it's over the hill I've got 2 of them. This guy lasted a long time because of the price tag and now it's trading crazy, cant believe it. Think it's time to open the next one soon!

Depends on the trader, for sure. The night I traded for my second bottle of Rare, after trying my first, I also tried my first Beatification (B5)

Now I'm on a serious Geueze kick and Beat was incredible, but it would probably take a large amount of Beats to pry my Rare away from me. Off the top of my head, I'd say more than 6. I just think Rare is that good and that valuable in trade.

wasnt he doing like 4-5 beatifications for rare? of course pulling this off is much easier when you live by the brewery and buy like 6 cases of beat.

I traded 4 beats for a Rare and Ananke, several months ago. I feel like that trade may be less likely to happen nowadays...especially since it took me multiple tries to finally get a single bite.

That trade wouldn't happen again though....people freaked out about Beat 5 before they knew it was a 12,000 bottle release and would be available for almost 3 weeks. $50 beer for two $15 beers wouldn't fly now.

8 Beats sounds like a number I would begin considering trading my Rare.

Why is all the talk about batch 5 beat. What if the trade offer included a combo of batches 4 and under?

I still wouldn't do it for any amount most likely, but were I looking for such a trade, that is what it would take. It's not a good trade though, so why even attempt it.

    Here I am.

I traded for 4 Rares. Each time trading 3 Beats.

I believe $4$ was even as same as the number of beer bottled. Only difference being that Beatification wasn't distributed even though it sat at the brew pub for almost two months.
