Not pumped about the additional ABV, but I am sure they will drop one badass beer. Do we hope they have 3 other average beers or melt your face with 3 other crushers? I would almost wish no other beers at all, and just get the line through efficiently.

Yeah man was kinda wondering same thing myself. Considering anni suppose to be a big batch does this mean 2 cans along with the colab? Seems like every other Saturday it's been a quad release.

It should have been "Nuke the whales?" "Gotta nuke something."

Anyone recently have the pleasure of trying HF double galaxy? I'm asking because halfway through this ddh sd I'm remembering the same "holy shit" moment I had when I tried double galaxy for the first (and only) time. As far as my memory serves me, this is just as good.

10%. I may be the only person thats not super excited for this beer because of the ABV. Im just not a fan of triple IPAs. But if anyone can do them well its Other Half.

You are not the only one. However, I really did enjoy second anni and was very surprised that I went back and saw that checked in at 9%, so we'll see how this turns out

I stocked up a little more on Saturday due to the fact that I'm planning on skipping the Anniversary release. Not a big fan of triples and I have plenty of beer so more for you guys!

Yup I might keep up the "off-week" schedule going forward. Sure I might miss some DDH bangers but the convenience of scooping up beers like Nelson, MoMo, Small Green et al is just too much to beat.

    Same here,
I'm gonna sit this one out, even if I was really looking forward to the Anniversary (2nd is my fav OH ever).
I have way too many DIPA in my fridge right now. Past few weekends were a bit too dense...
I have pretty much every single hop known to man in there...
Plus, not a fan of triples and big crowds lately.
I'm just gonna have it draft and be happy with it.

That said, I'll be really glad if they will keep the schedule of 4-hyped beer one weekend and 2 less-popular cans the weekend after (with maybe bottles with them, sours maybe?).

heard that 3rd Anni is gonna be TDH. triple dry hopped triple IPA. Really gonna hit us over the head with the whole "3" thing.

Much as I enjoy the DDH beers I hope this doesn't become the latest arms race for breweries.

    Quintuple dry hopped...

Add me to the list of people less interested given higher ABV / triple nature of the anni beer

I don't know what DDH means as far as brewing, but I do know that every DDH beer I have had is better than it's non DDH counterpart. I think what ends up happening, as soon as people get used to the "better" DDH version, they start to turn their nose up at the regular version.

Looks like Chinook single IPA will be the third can this weekend?

The double dry hopping takes them to the next level but beers like Mylar Bags and All Citra Everything are still better than most ipa's available in the city right now. Other Half could have a release with just those two in cans and I'd still be quite pleased.

Was just looking at an event taplist for Rate Beer week and noticed they'll be pouring a OH/Santa Adarius collab called OH, Sara

    Anyone know what they brewed?
