    Oh yeah, I meant that:
    1) I'm still salty over the bad 4-packs I've got (so I won't be buying more right now)

    2) I've never had any Sue in a bomber, so that's what I'm looking forward to, as a citra junkie.

    That's welcome news to me. I don't need to go crazy looking for any bombers of DDH Sue or King Sue tomorrow. I'm actually very skeptical as to them showing up anytime soon anyway. Do they have recent batches of either that are in their currently distributed markets? I thought they were sporadic items (although maybe DDH Sue is a little more frequent?) anyway, so figured we'd have to wait a bit until another run of them.

    If there's a big shipment of PS cans next week, I may grab a 4 pack, but I'm still swimming in beer at home, so I may just wait for another shipment to come in.

    wow. I mean, if eventually I can walk into a Binnys any day of the week and see a stack of NvU next to a stack of pseudo Sue then.... :grinning:

    Well, think about how easy it is to grab Surly's best stuff nowadays. I remember when Binny's would have an Abrasive release and sell out first or second day. Now that stuff sits on shelves (and Furious is there much longer).

    The dream is coming!

    Sean, if it turns out that Chicago will be a long while before they get DDH Sue (if ever) or King, I'll grab you some DDH when I head up to Decorah in a few weeks assuming they have some.

    In fairness, we hear a lot of bad rumors on this site. Hell, for quite a while everyone was certain there'd be "no magical second drop of BCS."

    And then there was a second drop of every single variant, and an absolutely massive drop of last year's Rare.

    There's no way to tell who to trust on the internet!

    I was in a binnys today while a distributed rep was there. I was talking to him and the binnys beer manager. The distributer rep said no king sue for IL for at least 6 months.

    It was Lake Zurich Binnys, the distributer rep said they only created 4 SKUs in the system for 4 TG beers (pseudo, Gnugget, rover truck, tsunami)

    Only time will tell...

    Tbf, Iowa and Wisconsin only get KS every 6 months. It's a treat, so I don't want you guys to think we just have rivers of King Sue flowing and we're not handing any over ha.
