    • Taprooms that do not have their current offerings displayed somehow, online and on premises. Best way is with a website, an app, and monitors in the taproom.
    • Taprooms that don't clearly state how many ounces in a pour, almost like they don't think I know how expensive craft is.
    • Taprooms that seem to disfavor stout so they can offer trendier styles like IPA's, APA's, etc.
    • Tapping rare/cult beers weekdays when I and many others have to work. How about evenings and weekends?
    • Wasting taps for macro, ciders, root beer, etc.

Just about everything that annoys me has been listed above. I'll re-hit two for emphasis.

    1. Noisy
    2. Limiting flight or sampler order options.

As to number two, I understand they want you to try a certain array of beers, and perhaps the flight is crafted expertly to take the taste buds from light and fruity to dark and bitter, but I still want to be able to build flights. This may be the only time I'm at your tap room because I'm on vacation, visiting a friend, etc. Why limit my options? If I don't get to try what I want, I've already been put off. That's like saying I can't have sweet potatoes with my hamburger, but I can with a cheeseburger.

Visibly drunk people. I always think they are going to puke out of nowhere...And now my desire for drinking beer is gone.

Kids will be kids and will do their annoying thing, so why don't we say that it's the parents who don't control their kids are basically the real source of your (our) annoyance?

Actually, I've yet to get to Lagunitas as its all the way across town, but I plan to.

I get it, a brewery likely saved a bunch of money and got to flex their greenness by repurposing that scrap metal into bar stools, but I'm likely to only have one pour and leave because my low back is starting to hurt after 20 minutes of sitting on it.

Luckily that along with smoking at all indoors is illegal here.

The worst part is the owner of the brewery vapes so I doubt they plan to prohibit it anytime soon unless the VA laws change. I refuse to go back other than getting growlers or bottles but that's not often.

Biggest turn off is that breweries don't let me smoke cigs inside. I love cigarettes.

Another vote for noise being my biggest pet peeve.

A few others that are more minor, but loud noise is definitely what bothers me the most. Usually its the acoustics of the taproom, nothing to absorb sound. I love listening to live music but not in a taproom that echos sound. Wrong venue IMO. Outside music on a patio in the summer is much better.

Precisely. Our kids have been in taprooms since they were little & haven't annoyed anyone. Because if they did, they would have heard about it...immediately.

You can say the same about dogs. Most are fine, but the owners that let them wander around, licking random strangers without warning, tangling the legs of passerby, & lying in the middle of a walkway at a busy place are just as bad as poor parents.

Excessive noise, obnoxious 'brewery tours" that pour off a party bus, and a water source that is not readily available.

    Now get off my lawn.

Good point on the small pours. I love the little $1 pours.

Pretentiousness/superiority in all it's forms. I've found that it's usually inversely proportionate to the quality of product though, so it's a problem that solves itself eventually.

    - Noise whether due to crowds, bands, and/or building acoustics

    - Tap lists that are nearly all IPAs (this has become a big problem in the past few years).

Tap list is 90% IPAs - no low ABV dark beer, wheat beer, etc.
