Happenings in Casper

About a month or a month and a half ago I saw some here at one place dated back either Jun or Jul. I'm guessing it was real popular at one point and now no one wants it, so they are not getting newer shit, and they are waiting for the old shit to disappear, and then maybe get some newer brew or not carry it anymore, I don't really know for sure. If the shit was fresh within in month or so, I would buy it again, and keep some around, but I can only buy so much.

May B they should do better at placing orders to keep it fresh. No one wants old beer especially IPA. We brew it constantly not like we don't have freshies all the time.

Don't know about favorite, but probably the widest selection, would be College Liquors. Last year I got the 3 Abyss's at Fischer's Liquor.

I am hoping to teach a class for Wyoming Ale Works soon!

 

If no one objects, I would like to share a little bit about my training I have been doing for Wyo breweries.


While I am close to getting the biz LLC’d, I have done “test runs” to see what I need to do to change the classes taught so far.



My very first class was 2 Novembers ago at Luminous Brew house of Sheridan, with the Ten Sleep Brewing Company crew in attendance. Mike Sullivan formerly of Prairie Fire of Gillette, WY, and an awesome home brewer, also attended the class.



This past November, I then went to Ten Sleep Brewing Company and did a full class for all of their staff. Wyo Wild Brewery of Powell, WY did show up with two of their staff members.



And recently my assistant and good friend, and former assistant brewer of Luminous Brew House, went with me to train One Eyed Buffalo Brewing of Thermopolis, WY. If it was a learning experience for them, then it certainly was for us, as we really do believe in what we do as the Taste Budz Training brand.

With this concept, we train on-site, so we can go ANYWHERE to train breweries. We focus on off flavor analysis, and to bridge the communication between the guest, the beer server, and the brewers.
