    This was what I was referring to (Transient posted it, Mikerphone shared it, both on Facebook). No idea if Miker (or Transient) will release it in Chicago, but either way, should be a tasty one given the talent involved!

    If you read the label - packaged in Bridgman. Meaning probably not allowed to distro here :slight_frown:

    I think the rules are based on where it's brewed, so transient not having a license to go across state comes into play. Hope I'm wrong!

    Yeah, I honestly meant more that I was hoping it would be brewed in both places (like Half Acre/FFF have done, and some other ones I'm too lazy to remember), although hell, I don't even know if that would help it make its way to Chicago (with Mikerphone being in Elk Grove now).

    Alright fuck it, I've talked myself out of caring about this beer. Thanks a lot, guys!

    So it looks like Forbidden Root will be bottling Smoochie Boochies at some point - a label was submitted for approval according to the GDB website.

    I'm confused about this; @Nbrock24 mentioned grabbing a Snoochie bottle from the brewpub over the weekend (which I wasn't even aware was there). Maybe this means these are going into distribution? If so, this'll probably be the first of their beers that I'll grab from Binny's or wherever.

    I realize that this is yet another dig aimed at Transient in your exhausting campaign against their $20 4-packs, but you've chosen a poor example in this case as every single Mikerphone IPA/DIPA that has ever been released has come with a higher price tag.

    They have bottled it already, but it was only at the taproom. Hmm...distribution wpuld be great though.

    Yeh, taproom only; I never went to get bottles - I had already gone the week before and picked up a growler. It was very good (as was Snooze Juice). Hope to get over there to try the 3rd one this week. Not sure if they still have any bottles.

    Not to speak for Marksy, but even $10 for a 750ml bottle is more expensive than $20 for 64oz.
